Asahi-dori shopping street from the south exit of JR Kunitachi Station This is a pasta specialty store located about 4 minutes walking. I want to enjoy the original flavor and umami of wheat that spreads the more I chew it by making the texture of Sanuki udon noodles with raw pasta. When making udon, do you put pressure on the noodle dough? This is the work to control the amount of air bubbles (the amount of air) in the flour that is related to the texture. The raw pasta in our shop is removed in the noodle making room in the store using the vacuum noodle technique. We researched the composition of the dough that allows boiling water to penetrate efficiently to Aldente, and the ratio of thickness and length where you can feel the texture and throat. The texture of raw pasta has been reproduced at the same time through the texture of udon, which has been loved by Japanese people since ancient times. Delicious pasta shop ♪I visited twice on weekends and weekdays, but still delicious!The clerk is also handsome.At first I asked for decanter wine and pasta, but I ordered fresh ham platter in addition to the delicious decanter wine.He looked at the wine and took care of bringing in the raw ham first.Correspondence is handsome, too!We chose pasta noodles and made it a thick noodle tagliatelle, but raw noodles delicious!I ordered a lemon cream of pork and edamame, but it contains pork rumbling!The lemon is slightly full and it is creamy and delicious! The wine goes on.I went with my children, but I prepared a plate for children and a cup with a straw without saying anything.The back sofa seat was spacious and cozy!It is a wonderful shop with an atmosphere that is easy for parents and children, couples and girls and boys to come!I want to go by all means at night or day ♪
